Got Silver coins and don’t know what to do with them? You’d be surprised how many people do have various silver coins laying around and you would also be surprised just how many ways there are to turn them into money that you can then go and use for whatever purpose you like. I recently came across a small collection of silver coins while clearing out my bedroom and preparing to move house.

I came online to see what I could do with them and found a great site and followed their very simply process and now instead of having some ‘useless’ silver coins I have some money in my back pocket to buy a wardrobe with :)

The Last ExorcismSynopsis: When he arrives on the rural Louisiana farm of Louis Sweetzer, the Reverend Cotton Marcus expects to perform just another routine ?exorcism? on a disturbed religious fanatic. An earnest fundamentalist, Sweetzer has contacted the charismatic preacher as a last resort, certain his teenage daughter Nell is possessed by a demon who must be exorcized before their terrifying ordeal ends in unimaginable tragedy. Buckling under the weight of his conscience after years of parting desperate believers with their money, Cotton and his crew plan to film a confessionary documentary of this, his last exorcism. But upon arriving at the already blood drenched family farm, it is soon clear that nothing could have prepared him for the true evil he encounters there. Now, too late to turn back, Reverend Marcus? own beliefs are shaken to the core when he and his crew must find a way to save Nell ? and themselves ? before it is too late.

Review: Earn Money with Izea

Most people at some point will have thought about how they can earn some money online, but how many people instantly think of social media marketing? That means using the social sites you probably already use on a daily basis to advertise certain products and services for monetary compensation – such as Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

One of the leaders in this field is Izea, a company I have personally been working with for almost three years now.

When I started out with them they had one marketplace that allowed you to earn money from writing sponsored blog posts and since then they have added many more strings to their bow and you can now also earn via facebook, twitter and even out and about by performing tasks at real life businesses.

They run Payperpost, Inpostlinks, Socialspark, Sponsored Tweets and We Reward among others.

With so many monetization options there’s sure to be at least one that suits each person and fits in with the activities they already take part in.

The only real downside to the various Izea marketplaces is that they are a USA based company, so although those of us from the UK (and other places) are eligible to take part there is less work available to us.

However if you are looking to add a little extra money to your pocket each month, they are definitely worth a look :)

Tip: Cheaper Insurance for Young Drivers

If you are a young driver you will know just how expensive young driver car insurance can be, you’ll find yourself being quoted prices as much as ten times as much as your parents pay for their car insurance. This is why the majority of uninsured drivers who are caught are in the 17 – 21 age bracket.

Of course the expense is no excuse, having car insurance is a legal requirement and when you decide to learn to drive it’s an additional expense you have to consider and take into account.

There’s a great way to bring down the costs of young driver car insurance available at InsureTheBox.com that I thought was worth sharing. With Insure The Box you only pay for the miles you need and parents can use see statistics that show how and where the car has been driven to ensure their kids are driving safely plus you can even convert your shopping purchases into reward miles!

Looking to stock up on your Burnshield products?

Burnshield is a Hydrogel dressing that takes care of any minor burns you may encounter, it moisturises and soothes the affected area and aims to limit any long term damage to the skin. It is a very cheap and effective method and no professional kitchen should be without a supply of these as it is important to take care of burns within the first 24 hours of them occurring, though obviously the faster the better.

Check out steroplast.co.uk, as well as the wide range of Burnshield products they have information about on the site they also have a wide range of other medical supplies such as hot and cold therapy pads, bandages and blankets. They sell them wholesale so you can pick up a nice bargain when buying in bulk and they are well known for their prices, quality of products and top notch customer service.

Cashback Site: TopCashBack

Posted by admin on July 29th, 2010 filed in Cashback
4 Comments »

TopCashBack is my favourite of the big UK cashback sites for many reasons.

The site doesn’t look like much, they could afford to pay a decent web designer to get in there and sort out the design and navigation — but don’t be deceived by looks. The site is very organised, fast, interactive and most importantly of all is that they have great rates.

The Good:

  • There is no admin fee. Zero, Nada, Nothing. TopCashBack is 100% free to use for all.
  • Great rates. As previously mentioned TopCashBack have impressive rates, it is rare to find them offering a lower rate than any other site and often they beat it.
  • ‘Top-ups’. This is a TopCashBack initiative that makes sure you earn even more — you are rewarded for your loyalty, so the more you earn with them in February — the higher rate you get in March meaning you can earn up to 110% back.
  • They have an extensive referral program allowing you to earn even more. You can earn £2.50 for every member you refer to them who earns their first £5. But uniquely they also allow you to earn through other peoples spending — so you can send your friends and family who don’t have an account through specific merchant links and you get their cashback that would have otherwise gone to no one!
  • Comments section — Each merchant page has a comments section so that people can discuss their transactions. I have posted several comments here, including some negative ones, and all have gone through. No heavy moderation like you get on GreasyPalm.
  • Fast enquiries. On the odd occasion I have had an issue the enquiries have been dealt with very quickly and I have always got the correct result.
  • The Bad:

  • The design is a little shoddy as previously mentioned. This may put off newcomers.
  • Lack of competitions. Most other cashback sites are absolutely swimming in competitions these days — Quidco seem to have a new one every day — TopCashBack has been known to have a few.

The fact that I can only think of those two points for ‘The Bad’ says a lot doesn’t it? Overall TopCashBack comes very highly recommended by me and if you decided you only want to join one and stick with it then it should be this one :)
