When most people think about insurance they probably think about all the every day things you need to buy insurance for – your car, home, health etc.

How many people think about wedding insurance though?

I know that before I got married I certainly didn’t even think about this and had that mini heart attack you get at the 11th hour when someone asked me about it. Thankfully it was pretty easy to sort out once we realised we needed it and as we were only having a UK based simple wedding it was not that expensive at all. I believe that after shopping around for our wedding insurance we ended up paying just over £20. It was probably the cheapest thing we paid for to be honest.
