Tip: Get the best exercise ball for you
Posted by admin on December 8th, 2009 filed in TipChristmas is just around the corner and if you are anything like me that means you currently have a freezer packed full of sausage rolls, ice cream and all manner of unhealthy food – you also probably have a cupboard stacked high with pringles, quality streets and after eights ready for devouring.
There’s no denying it, most people over eat at Christmas – and then end up wishing they hadn’t when the step on the scales after those few days of over-indulgence and see the little hand moving up, and up, and up!
It’s no wonder that January is the month that most people dig out that old Exercise Ball that has been gathering dust in the loft or run to the nearest gym to grab an application form – it’s no coincidence that the most common New Years resolution is to lose some weight!
So if you will be one of the millions going out and buying various exercise equipment in January as a bargain hunter you should of course be looking for the best possible prices.
That’s where a site like Exerciseball.org.uk comes in handy – they offer a wealth of information on every thing from how to best use your exercise ball, which books to buy and what size ball is right for you to the best place to buy it in the first place.
